I give Innovative Floor Covering a 5 star review, on both jobs we used them for! I have used Innovative Floor Covering for two separate home tile installs (1,085 sqft and 2,440 sqft) and 100% recommend them! They are easy and kind to work with, and have fair pricing.
I was most impressed with how meticulous they were with their install. They pre-planned to make sure that the patterns and layout came together smoothly from hallways to rooms, as well as the transitions between alternative flooring (carpet or different tile) was level, smooth, and clean looking. This was a very hard task with the amount of hallways we had using large hexagon shaped tiles, and they installed the layout brilliantly!
Both of our projects had carpeted areas that we changed to tile on the second story of our homes.
They helped with pre-planning of the job since we lived in the homes during the remodel. They picked up the tile we had purchased from the store, cleaned up the leftover debris from the carpet removal, prepped and added the second story sub-flooring (including leveling problem areas), and tiled the upstairs Master Bath, hallways and bedrooms.
I do not have any complaints on either project, ALL compliments for Innovative Floor Covering! I 100% recommend them! We refer all of our friends and family to use Innovative Floor Covering!
